The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.
Customer Service provides quality customer service for major hotel chains and other customers, particularly in the areas of tracing shipments, special requests, concerns and order processing, with the result being customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responds promptly to customer inquiries
· Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests
· Communicates with customers through various channels
· Knows our products inside and out to answer questions
· Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
· Acknowledges and resolves all customer complaints and/or concerns to the satisfaction of the customer and Hunter Amenities
· Ensures customer complaint is handled fairly and expeditiously
· Pays attention to handling issues without incurring unnecessary costs
· Circulates customer complaint internally and ensures issue has been handled by all departments involved
· Maintains a filing system for customer’s original purchase orders, special notes, tax certificates, back-up documentation so it is easily accessible to all Hunter employees
· Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
· Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications & Experience:
· Highschool education
· 3-5 years in a customer service role
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Organizational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to stay calm when customer issues escalate
· Comfortable using computers including Microsoft Office programs
· Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot is an asset.
