Global Total Rewards and HRIS Manager

The Opportunity:

The Global Total Rewards and HRIS Manager is a high impact individual contributor who will lead the strategy, design and administration of our global compensation, benefits and HR system to ensure operational excellence, compliance and a compelling employee value proposition.  This role combines strategic rewards leadership with strong systems expertise, leveraging data and technology to drive insights, efficiency, and scalability across our global workforce.   


Reason for vacancy: This is a backfill for an existing vacancy within the team.

Salary: $95,000-$120,000 
Final placement within the range depends on market conditions, internal equity, and the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

HRIS Management & People Analytics 
  • Serve as the primary system owner, responsible for HRIS configurations, workflows, permissions, integrations, and enhancements. 
  • Maintain system data accuracy, audit controls, and global data governance standards. 
  • Lead reporting and analytics efforts by building dashboards, interpreting trends, and providing insights to leadership. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee HR technology contracts and performance. 
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide level 2 HRIS support for HR teams and people leaders. 
  • Continuously improve HR systems and processes to enhance scalability and user experience. 
  • Provide hands on support for core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and organizational updates in the HRIS. 
  • Maintain employee data and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements 
Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Recognition) 
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the global compensation philosophy and programs, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity. 
  • Lead the development of salary structures, job architecture, and global job evaluation processes. 
  • Manage all aspects of annual compensation cycles (merit review, incentive and bonus programs). 
  • Conduct global benchmarking and market analysis to support pay decisions. 
  • Support global benefits evaluation and selection, coordinating with regional HR partners as needed. 
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compensation matters with data-driven guidance. 
  • Support the design and management of global recognition programs. 
  • Manage North America benefits and retirement programs, including vendor relationships, renewals, compliance

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business or Human Resources.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to compensation and HRIS. 
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation and reward programs. 
  • Experience managing benefits and retirement programs in North America.
  • Proficiency with one or more HRIS platforms. Dayforce is an asset.
  • Previous experience leading or supporting an HRIS implementation is an asset. 
  • CCP or CEB are an asset.
