The Opportunity:
The position is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy within the facility by monitoring inventory levels and product movement. This role requires close and ongoing communication with various departments across the organization on inventory-related matters.

Salary: $25/hour
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and executes a daily cycle count program based on a predetermined schedule in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Evaluates and manages inventory requirements for WIP, raw materials, and consigned inventory.
Monitors and controls inventory integrity using the ERP system.
Investigates cycle count variances and documents detailed explanations.
Reconciles production and inventory discrepancies when variances are identified.
Verifies stock availability against current inventory records.
Manages priorities and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Maintains proper product identification and location accuracy through a computerized inventory control system.
Research inventory discrepancies and performs necessary system corrections.
Prepares monthly inventory count summary reports for Directors and Vice Presidents.
Coordinates and collaborates with operational departments to improve overall inventory accuracy.
Safely operates equipment such as forklifts and/or scissor lifts to perform daily warehouse counts.
Performs all duties with a strong focus on workplace safety and the protection of company products.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of work experience and training required.
Minimum of two years’ experience in cycle counting and physical inventory within a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, IF/AND formulas, Pivot Tables, Graphical Illustrations, Charts and other functions.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and an understanding of ERP systems.
Solid mathematical skills to ensure accurate inventory counts.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to review electronic audit trails.
Effective organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with RF scanners and reach trucks is an asset.
Skyjack and fall-arrest training and experience are assets.
Must have a reliable vehicle, as travel is required between three locations: Burlington, Oakville, and Cambridge, Ontario (company-paid mileage provided for all work-related travel).
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to and occasionally more than 50 pounds.
Occasional bending, crouching, and reaching.
Prolonged standing and walking.
Additional physical demands similar to those required in an office-based role.
