The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Product Lead, we are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to be responsible for the development and delivery of new and existing products/brands, ensuring that Company values are embedded in this process. This position will interact regularly across functions within our APAC/ME and North American Head Office operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordination of product development & roll out - product specifications, launch timetable, sourcing, quotations/sampling and liaising with quality assurance and regulatory compliance with an emphasis on customer interface and satisfaction.
- Working closely with factories to prepare product costings and provide pricing for the Regional Sales Team.
- Coordinating Regional Sales Team sample requests for new products under development with our factories.
- End of program management in collaboration with our Supply Chain to enable rundown of existing stocks and raw materials
- Developing project tasks and identifying milestones, monitoring progress against these.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Work within systems, priorities and deadlines.
- Present and receive information verbally and in writing.
- Assess situations and information and draw conclusions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail.
- Experience with Project Management software and principles an advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel is essential.
- Fluency in Mandarin will be highly regarded.
