Commercial Business Analyst and Systems Support

The Opportunity:

As part of the dynamic Technology team at the Hunter global head office, you will work with the Sales team worldwide to implement and support a World-class technology stack and lead the process standardization and optimization of customer attraction and lead-to-cash processes, supporting global sales alignment and multi-channel strategies. From a technology perspective you'll be expected to Manage and integrate our commercial system stack, including CRM (HubSpot), Order Management (EDI & ERPs), and drive the business case for new initiatives and future projects, including eCommerce, CPQ, Customer service chatbots, and voice of consumer analytics.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Analyze and optimize customer attraction and lead-to-cash processes across global markets and channels.

· Manage, support and enhance our commercial systems including CRM (HubSpot), Order Management (EDI & ERPs), and eCommerce platforms.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align processes and systems globally.

· Build business cases for new systems and process improvements and Lead integration and adoption of technologies into the sales process.

· Provide training and support for system users across regions.

· Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer experience.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

· Contribute to the development of BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making across functions.

· Perform system integrations, upgrades, testing, and maintenance to ensure functionality and performance.

· Create and maintain documentation for Sales, Marketing and Commercial systems, processes and procedures.

Skills and Competencies:

· Proven experience with CRM (HubSpot), eCommerce, EDI, ERP, and CPQ systems.

· Strong business analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.

· Experience in global sales process alignment and multi-channel management.

· Ability to develop and present business cases for technology investments.

· Project management and change management expertise.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Understanding of customer journey mapping and voice of consumer analytics

 

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's or Post secondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience in business systems analysis, preferably in a global sales environment.

· Familiarity with sales, marketing, and commercial systems integration.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience managing HubSpot CRM, eCommerce (Magento /Shopify), EDI VAN and CPQ systems.

· Experience deploying AI use cases, not limited to generative AI/Chatbots in commercial operations is a bonus.
