The successful candidate will be a seasoned operations executive with proven experience within high growth organizations, likely coming from environments where driving operational effectiveness, quality and efficiency is paramount. Consumer focused industry experience would be considered a distinct asset.
10+ years’ experience in a complex manufacturing or packaging environments, including multisite/global operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines.
Ability to travel globally as required by the business
Proven ability to lead operational transformation and deliver enterprise-wide results
Strong global perspective with the ability to manage complexity, scale, and regional nuance
Proven track record of ensuring capital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to expected results
Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, including purchasing, quality, and engineering
Demonstrated success managing multi-site production networks and developing site-specific operational strategies aligned to overall business objectives
Highly data-driven leader, leveraging KPIs, analytics, and performance metrics to drive measurable improvements in operational, financial, quality, and cycle time performance
Advanced capability in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping)
Proven track record as a strong negotiator, effectively partnering with and influencing strategic suppliers to improve performance, reduce costs, and optimize lead times
Experience leveraging ERP systems and standardized data/metrics to drive performance, transparency, and integration across sites
Experience leading or supporting acquisitions and post-merger integration, including operational alignment, systems harmonization (e.g., ERP), and rapid stabilization of acquired sites to achieve synergies and performance targets
Proven leadership in change management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build high-performing operations talent
