The Opportunity:
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager for East/West/South/North to embody the Hunter Amenities brand and drive business growth in the hospitality industry. As the face of our company in your designated area, you'll foster strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will secure and nurture key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
Define and develop new business opportunities in the region.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the company, products/ services
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Interface with other departments such as products, supply chain, finance, and marketing to exceed customer needs.
Participate on behalf of the company in industry conferences, exhibitions, or summits
Success will be measured by the attainment of sales targets and completion of specific sales programs/initiatives, as well as global and region goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, management, or hospitality
At least 5 years of proven success in a customer service role, preferred to have prior hospitality, B2B, and consumer goods industry experience
Experience selling to and creating/maintaining relationships with purchasers/operators/owners at the property level.
Strong business acumen is required, average or better ROI, margin, and gross profit knowledge
Work proficiency in English, and excellent communication in Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent people skills and engaging decision makers
Outstanding negotiating skills and ability to define opportunities
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
