Marketing Manager EMEA

Warmond, Zuid-Holland
The Opportunity:
Our new Marketing Manager EMEA (based in The Netherlands) will partner and align with our Global Marketing Team and is responsible for leading and executing all marketing efforts for the EMEA region.

The candidate will lead the day-to-day marketing functions and participate in projects of varying sizes. The person will need to be able to work independently while supervising day-to-day marketing activities. The person must be creative, inspiring, positive, energetic and must have good strategic insight. The position requires a self-motivated work ethic and a strong focus on supporting sales efforts and business objectives. Teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills are very important for this role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Projects range from the development of EMEA Marketing Strategy and Ecommerce, Customer Events and product introductions, Marketing Tools, social media, PR, Supplier Events, Internal Communications, Product related;
 
  • Develop & Execute Marketing and Communications strategies for Hunter Amenities that are aligned with Hunter’s Global marketing direction and uphold Hunter’s Brand Identity.
  • Lead Trade Marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and activate our licensed brands in the EMEA market
  • Lead and develop launch plans for new licensed brands and new customers
  • Generate Qualified Lead generation for new business as well as retention efforts of existing customers leveraging our HubSpot CRM platform
  • Planning and organizing trade shows & customer events
  • Optimize and maintain all brand materials and collateral, brand decks, website,
  • Maintain and create brand matrix, catalogues, training materials, videos
  • Develop and deploy EMEA Social Media strategy; LinkedIn, Insta,
  • Content creation, PR, Editorials
  • Build and maintain annual EMEA Marketing Budget
  • Reporting to Managing Director EMEA + Global Marketing Director

Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
  • Min 7-10 years successful track record in Marketing
  • B2B experience a must, preferably in Hospitality
  • Strong experience in Digital Marketing solutions, IE In Design, Canva etc..
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM platform or similar (CRM Lead Generation Platform)
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team\
  • Experience with digital media, SEO/SEM, display ads, Google is an asset.
  • Can respect direction from Global Team yet interpret for local market needs.
  • Dynamic and energetic person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to go above and beyond what is expected
  • High standard of computer literacy (MS Office) including editing and building power point presentations
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and demonstrated ability to manage an array of strategic and tactical projects
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
