The Opportunity:

Based in Saudi Arabia, the role; Business Development Manager –Saudi Arabia at Hunter Amenities has a strong focus on local market mapping, strategic sales planning, and client acquisition. This business development role is very much focused on field visits KSA.

Regional Accounts (KSA)
Building and executing a solid annual sales plan is a must.
Winning & Servicing sales within existing contracts/ established accounts. Manage New Hotel Openings projects plus X/Up-selling at regional office and property level. Visiting properties in key cities to make travel efficient and meaningful. Liaise between clients and company departments to resolve service or operational issues efficiently and uphold headquarters service standards.

Independents (KSA)
Building and executing a solid annual sales plan is a must.
Clear strategy and focus based on Room count growth/ extending our client portfolio.
Winning new business at independents, targeting mid-larger size regional groups/chains. Identify prospects and follow up on assigned leads. ‘’Promoting’’ Hunter Amenities company capabilities in combination with selling the company brand-product portfolio.

This role is planned to be on 100%-time allocation. A minimum of twenty field visits a month are required to be successful in this role, creating company and brand awareness in the market.

The Account Manager interfaces on a day-to-day basis with the internal back-office teams such as customer service, sales support, demand planning, logistics, finance, marketing and brand-product development departments at Hunter Amenities ME. Together ensuring high customer and brand partner satisfaction.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In support of the overall role listed above, the duties and responsibilities of the Account Manager include, but are not limited to:

1. Market Intelligence & Strategic Targeting
  • Conduct a market analysis to map the full hospitality landscape across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of local hotel groups, procurement structures, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify decision-makers within property and group-level operations and brand management teams.
2. Business Planning & Sales Execution
  • Develop and implement a market entry strategy and commercial roadmap, with defined KPIs across short-, mid-, and long-term timeframes.
  • Establish and manage a qualified sales pipeline and report on conversion metrics and revenue impact.
  • Deliver a robust business plan by month five, and ensure alignment with regional objectives and global standards.
3. Offer Customisation & Product Strategy
  • Lead the development of a dedicated product catalogue and commercial offer tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address local adaptation, customisation, or co-branding requests from hotel partners.
  • Explore business expansion into adjacent channels (hospitals, spas, gyms, lounges), identifying 2–3 new verticals within six months.
4. Client Engagement & Sales Growth
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across purchasing, operations, and brand departments.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, hospitality conferences…
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Completion of full Saudi market mapping and client database within first 3 months.
  • Delivery of strategic business plan and actionable sales roadmap by end of month 5
  • Build a qualified pipeline of 30+ active leads within 6 months.
  • Secure minimum 2 property or group-level contracts in Year 1.
  • Launch of Saudi-specific product catalogue and pricing model within 6 months.
  • Increase compliance levels across global programs operating in the Kingdom.
  • Identification of 2–3 high-potential adjacent markets within first 12 months.
Expansion into airlines, cruise lines, and additional territories will be considered based on the commercial success and strategic traction achieved in Saudi Arabia during the initial 12–18 month
