Bachelor's Degree preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in absence of a Bachelor's Degree.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrated by effective presentation, influence, and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous experience utilizing systems for tracking and recording sales, effective business planning, and data-driven strategies for maintaining current and securing new customers.
Business acumen and strong business intuition demonstrated by discernment that not every sales opportunity is equal, and a track record of securing profitable volume and walking away from less profitable deals.
Strong MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
Overnight Travel is required, and the amount varies by territory.
Ability to travel internationally will be required (using passport).
Experience working within HubSpot or a similar CRM tool is an asset.
Experience with territory call planning, taking initiative, forecasting, and account management.
Proven consultative sales skills and demonstrated success growing a book of business.
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience selling hospitality industry products, consumer goods or cosmetics at territory or account manager level would be an asset) and able to deal with different levels of decision makers.
