The Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Singapore. As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits review, HR system implementation, and administrative tasks in APAC region. This is a 6-month role, reporting to the HR Director – APAC.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing people and benefits-related data
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Supporting HR in organizing interviews, onboarding schedule, letter preparation, and any related operational activities
Liaise with APAC region payroll in-charge of employee updates, data validations, and digitize the documentation for HR system implementation
Support in crafting and maintaining HR processes, policies, and documentation
Assist in organizing employee activities
Qualifications & Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong in English writing and speaking, preferably with Mandarin command to work with colleagues and vendors in Mandarin-speaking countries.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Adaptable and meticulous with good analytical skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, keep confidentiality, and love working with people
Knowledge and understanding of the employment regulations of Singapore
Experience working with HRIS is a plus
